Job Description:

I'm a UC Rally Committee historian. My lovely partner in crime, Danielle and I take photos of everyone in the committee at all of our lovely events. We're kind of a big deal. We host the Photo of the Week competition during Football Season, document the lovely events during the wonderful Spirit Weeks that the Committee puts on, create the scrapbook and yearbooks filled with the year's festivities and ultimately make the Universe better just with our presence.

Brief Biography:

As a Bay Area kid, practically born and raised here, Cal was ALWAYS my frist choice. As soon as I found out I was accepted, I knew I was going to come here. I was very involved in high school and RallyComm really appealed to me, as it is the largest spirit organization on campus. I loved Cal with all my heart and I was so excited to be surrounded by people who were fantastically engaged and irrevocably filled with the Spirit of California.

Favorite Rally Comm Moment:

My favoirte moment in the Committee has got to be when I was part of Freshman More Wood during Bonfire. Watching that Bonfire go up was the proudest moment I've ever had in the Committee and nothing can compare to the sight of the largest legal Bonfire west of the Mississippi . Hearing the chants and the cheers of the crowd, I remember my partner and I kept throwing in the pallets into the center of that fire. I was so proud to be a part of the UC Rally Committee and a student of the best university in the world and to this day, I still am!

Why did you decide to be a part of the Executive Committee?

I decided to be a part of the Executive Committee because I wanted to make a tangible impact on the Committee's activities in the 2012-2013 school year. As a historian, I'm so excited to be able to document all the wonderful things the Committee does, and I can't wait for all the great things we will do this year.

If you could claim credit for one invention, what would it be?

If I could claim creidt for one invention, it would probably be the camera. Capturing a moment in time and being able to see that forever, that's the best invention there is!

Would you rather have the ability to fly or to be invisable?

I'd rather have the ability to fly because it's just so much more fun than being invisible. I could fly over traffic, or fly to my 8am discussions instead of having to walk from my apartment.

Who would play you in a movie about your life?

I'd love it if Anne Hathaway would play me in a movie about my life, because she's just awesome.

 

If you had a time machine, where would you go?

I'd probably go to Big Game 1982 to see the Play first hand.

 

What would you rather be doing instead of filling out this survey?

Singing Cal Songs! Oh wait, I'm already doing that while I'm filling this survey out. I'd rather be hiking up to the Big C with my friends!
